The start of a new year is often a time of reflecting on the year that has gone before. Last year brought a year of big changes for us, and looking back, we think we've made a huge amount of progress!
During 2019... 🌟 We changed our name from Lebanon Christian Centre to Lowen Christian Centre (Lowen meaning 'joy' or 'happiness' in Cornish) 🌟The bedrooms in the bunk barn were completely renovated, with new floors, ceilings, walls, beds and lights. 🌟 Central heating in the cottage was installed - no more extra blankets! 🌟 Downlights were installed in the cottage, allowing for more ambient lighting. 🌟New carpets were fitted in some of the bedrooms in the cottage. 🌟 We inherited new tables for the dining room, giving it a more homely feel.
We're really excited about the potential that LCC has to impact the lives of people across Cornwall (and indeed, beyond!), giving the capacity for spiritual, physical and emotional growth through spending time with The Creator in His Creation.
