Since the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, my social media feeds have been filled with inspirational quotes and heartwarming stories from the Queen. Without doubt, Queen Elizabeth knew that God was her rock, and she allowed Him to use her for His glory.
One quote that inspired me in particular was:
"It’s worth remembering that it is often the small steps, not the giant leaps, that bring about the most lasting change."
As volunteers, we can often feel like the small contributions we make are not enough, and that big change comes about in big ways. Queen Elizabeth highlights that it is the small things we do that have an impact. We can take comfort in this, knowing that all the little things we do to serve in God's kingdom are making a difference - even when we don't feel like they are!
May you have a sense of renewed hope as you put your trust in God, serving Him one step at a time.
